‘Alert: Missing Persons Unit’, Scored by Caleb and Brian Chan, Renewed for 3rd Season

FOX has confirmed the procedural drama Alert: Missing Persons Unit, scored by Caleb and Brian Chan (he/him), will be renewed for a third season. Created by John Eisendrath and Jamie Foxx, the series is set in the Philadelphia Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit and stars Scott Caan and Dania Ramirez as they search for the missing or abducted and reunite them with their loved ones.

The renewal of the show has been expected in light of its strong ratings. Currently it is averaging 3.9 million multiplatform viewers, an increase of 233% from Live + Same Day performance numbers recorded by Nielsen. In January 2023 the series premiere became Fox’s most-streamed drama premiere since “9-1-1: Lone Star” in 2020.

Season 2 is still in production, with production on Season 3 to begin immediately afterwards. The Season 2 finale of Alert: Missing Persons Unit airs Tuesday, May 14 at 9 PM on Fox.
